- 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:
1) Dough: 4/10
The dough is very disappointing.
This should be a Neapolitan pizza but it’s not 😦
In the middle it’s thin but not as much as the neapolitan standard, it’s chewy and a bit undercooked.
The crust instead is not thick and soft: it’s thin exactly as the center, it’s kinda crunchy and burnt.
2) Toppings: 5/10
The available toppings are the classic ones, there are no special pizzas.
In the Prosciutto one mozzarella cheese and ham are tasty, while tomato sauce is a bit undercooked; however we don’t know anything about their quality.
Plus the quantity of the ingredients is not enough in my opinion; they should have added more ham.
3) Value: 10/10
I paid this pizza 3,5€ and I think it’s totally fair.
The quality of the ingredients is not very high, the M size is not very big and the service is basically inexistent so I paid the right amount of money.
Also the other pizzas have reasonable price and you can understand what I’m saying looking at the menu below.
4) Service: 7/10
This is not a restaurant, as you can see in the picture below it’s a pizza truck!!!
There is only one pizza chef that makes pizzas super quick and he is also very nice!!
Despite the limited and uncomfortable space, he slices the pizza and gives you a plate or paper box to place your meal and carry it around.
It is also located in a very nice place in Milano because it’s near the Darsena so you can eat your pizza along the river 🙂
5) Side Effects: 9/10
I was a bit thirsty after eating this pizza but aside from this I didn’t experience any other side effect. Awesome 🙂
- OVERALL RATING: 7/10 (pizza truck in Milano!)
