- RESTAURANT ADDRESS: Via Nicolò Fortiguerra 12 20126 Milano
- RESTAURANT WEBSITE: Official Website – Facebook page
- 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:
1) Dough: 5/10
The dough is kinda thin in the middle but it’s not the thinest I ever tried and the crusts are soft but not thick like in the Neapolitan pizza style; it’s nothing special indeed.
Finally it’s a bit burned here and there and we don’t know anything about the ingredients used or the leavening process of the dough
2) Toppings: 7/10
This mix of ingredients is not totally common since brie is a french cheese and shrimp is not a very usual pizza topping: I enjoy them together and they taste great.
As for the quantity of them I think that it’s totally fair; the only flaw is that we don’t know anything about the provenience or the quality of these ingredients
3) Value: 9/10
I paid this pizza 7,5€ and I think it’s quite fair since its original price is 6,5€ but they add 1€ for delivering it at home.
Plus this pizza is kinda special and it’s very big.
The other “special pizzas” have reasonable price too.
You can understand what i’m saying looking at the menu below.
4) Service: 6/10
I haven’t seen this restaurant directly since I ordered this pizza online through the justeat app; however it arrived just a little bit late (10 minutes) and it was in good condition.
It isn’t sliced though.
5) Side Effects: 4/10
After eating this pizza I felt very thirsty, probably because of the big amount of cheese or the poor quality of the dough
Plus the pizza was very big so I also felt very bloated and I couldn’t sleep all night long 😦
- OVERALL RATING: 6.2/10 (just another standard pizza in Milan)
