- 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:
1) Dough: 7/10
The dough is kinda thin in the middle but it’s not the thinnest I ever tried and the crust is soft but not thick as in the Neapolitan pizza tradition; it’s nothing special indeed.
Finally, it’s a bit burned here and there and we don’t know anything about the ingredients used or the leavening process of the dough
2) Toppings: 7/10
This mix of ingredients is totally common since it’s a usual Margherita; it is supposed to have also parmesan cheese but I couldn’t taste it.
I didn’t enjoy a lot this kind of tomato because they put chopped tomatoes instead of sauce but I really appreciated fresh basil and oil because they made this pizza very savory.
As for the quantity of the toppings, I think that is totally fair; the only flaw is that we don’t know anything about the provenience or the quality of them
3) Value: 6/10
I paid this pizza 6€ and I think it’s quite unfair since a Margherita usually costs 5€ at most.
Plus this pizza is not very big and the service in this place is fictional.
The other kinds of pizza are also overpriced as you can see on the menu below.
4) Service: 6/10
As I’ve already said the service in this place is fictional since there are no waiters: you order your pizza and pay for it; then you wait for your number to be called and go pick your pizza up when it’s ready.
They give you plastic cutlery to eat your meal.
They are quite fast but they don’t slice the pizza.
5) Side Effects: 9/10
After eating this pizza I felt a bit thirsty; however, I didn’t experience any bloating or stomachache.
- OVERALL RATING: 7/10 (very standard pizza in Bergamo)
