1) Dough: 8/10
The dough is thin in the middle, while puffy and thick on the outside. It follows the typical neapolitan pizza tradition (the crust is not crunchy, but very soft and delicious instead).
However it’s either slightly burned or not completely cooked here and there :/

2) Toppings: 8/10
The first pizza (half pizza half calzone) is probably the more original one and I really enjoyed all the ingredients inside and on it, especially the ricotta cheese because they don’t put the usual tasteless one but a kind that is very savory and delicious instead; however I couldn’t taste any mozzarella inside the calzone part.
The pizza with pistachio cream was my favorite though! The cream is salty and sweet and it’s perfect combined with mortadella (bologna)! The only flaw is that they cooked in the oven both of them so they turned out a bit overcooked/weird here and there.
A great thing of these pizzas is that there is a little mozzarella ball in the middle of it: they put it on the top of every pizza as some kind of signature and I really liked it.
Finally I think that the quantity and the quality of the toppings are perfect and you can clearly taste the different ingredients.

3) Value: 7/10
The value of these pizzas is actually 10€ and 11€ but they added 2€ as a service fee: I think that this is quite unfair though.
I can’t complain about the service fee but the pizzas are a bit overpriced.
I know that these two pizzas are special but they are not very big and the first one is just different for its shape, while the ingredients are not very innovative or expensive!

4) Service: 8/10
This restaurant is always crowded, they take reservations (also online) but it can be difficult to find a place during the weekend if you don’t act very quickly!!
On Saturday night we went away around 9.30 p.m. and we saw a big line waiting to dine :/
Anyway the waiters are very kind and professional and the atmosphere of the restaurant is also quite nice :).

5) Side Effects: 8/10
During the night (after eating these pizzas) I felt bloated and thirsty but I can’t blame only the dough for it because I know that having beer, pistachio cream and dessert in one meal didn’t help either.
