1) Dough: 7/10
In their website they state:

The leavening of the dough takes place very slowly, from 24 to 48 hours, and at a controlled temperature.
The combination of these factors contributes to create a light and digestible pizza.

So as you can see on the picture below the dough is quite thin (but not the thinest I’ve eaten..) everywhere and there’s no difference between the center and the borders.
There’s no crust indeed and the toppings cover the entire surface of the pizza.
I’m not a fan of this kind of sliced pizza but I can tell that it is objectively tasty, light and perfectly baked.

2) Toppings: 6/10
This place only makes pizza by the slice so you can choose and taste different things..and this time I’m reviewing 3 toppings!!
My favorite one is the Salmon one because they put big fresh slices of fish that, combined with tomato sauce, arugula, balsamic vinegar and mayo (I actually don’t know what kind of sauce is there but it tastes like light mayo) are an explosion of flavor 🙂
The least favorite one is the Spinach one because it’s very dry and you can’t actually taste what kind of cheese is in there: are we sure is it stracchino? It could easily be parmesan or whatever.
The Mushroom one is tasty too: the mushrooms are savory and the 4 cheese sauce is rich.
As for the quantity of the toppings I think it’s more than sufficient since they cover the whole surface of the pizza!!
Finally the quality of the ingredients to me seem to be very high since they look and taste delicious but also in the website they state:

The ingredients are selected according to the principle of KM 0: Alice Pizza, in fact, choose only short-range suppliers and local farmers in order to respect the environment and guarantee every day the best of seasonal produce.

However I don’t like the fact that they don’t write anywhere the complete list of ingredients of these pizzas and they don’t actually have very special/innovative mix of toppings :/

3) Value: 8/10
I paid 4.75€ for these slices of pizza and I think it’s kinda fair.
Of course they don’t add any service fee because there’s no place to sit or serve food so it makes sense.
The price of these pizzas is based on weight and also on the value of the kind of toppings so you cannot actually know the price of your meal in advance.
Plus they can tell you that they can’t slice the pizza the way you are asking for so the sizing and pricing are very changeable and it can turn out to be not so cheap in the end.

4) Service: 6/10
The service here is basically nonexistent.
The restaurant has a few tables outside and 3-4 places to sit inside and that’s it.
It’s very crowded during the weekend so the service is super slow.
I waited half an hour to get my pizzas and I chose the ones available in the counter; if you want very specific toppings that are not available at the moment you may end up waiting more than 1 hour 😦
The guys that work there are not very nice because are very stressed out by the crowd so the atmosphere is not very relaxed 😦
However they warm up the slices and they cut them in little pieces so at least this is a good thing.

5) Side Effects: 8/10
After eating these pizzas I was very thirsty but I’m pretty sure that the dough wasn’t bad because I didn’t feel too bloated 🙂

  • OVERALL RATING: 7/10 (not very innovative pizza by the slices in Milan!)
