1) Dough: 10/10
The dough is thin in the middle, while very puffy and soft on the outside: the crust is not overcooked, not so crunchy but very delicious.
It is very light because it is made in a special way with high quality ingredients:

100% natural products, made in Italy quality, stone-ground sourdough and whole grain. These are the ingredients that give the Pizza Gourmet its characteristic scent of bread and a unique flavour. Soft and crunchy, the Pizza Gourmet requires a special preparation and is the result of a long natural rising process. A delicious encounter between innovation and culinary tradition.

2) Toppings: 10/10
They offer 4 kinds of pizza: classic, gourmet, scrocchiarelle and nuvole. My sister and I chose the gourmet style pizzas that have a different dough and not very common toppings.
The shrimps were fresh, the pumpkin and the mozzarella cheese tasted great so I can tell you that the quality of the ingredients is clearly high; plus the quantity of them is more than fair since every ingredient is equally placed on the top of each slice and they even put them in the middle of the plate as a tasty decoration.
I also tasted a piece of my sister’s pizza and the burrata cheese just melted in my mouth: it was an explosion of flavor.

3) Value: 6/10
I paid this meal 24€: 22€ is the price of the pizza and 2€ the service fee.
This is objectively a lot for a pizza but this is not a traditional pizza, it’s a piece of art: they take care of every little detail.
Of course it’s not a cheap place but the portions are satisfying so you really get what you pay for.

4) Service: 9/10
The place is crowded but it takes reservation so if you do that in advance there is no problem.
The waiters are nice but not oppressive, fast and professional.
The pizza come sliced and you can actually watch the chef make your pie since there is an “open kitchen” in the middle of the restaurant.

5) Side Effects: 10/10
This pizza doesn’t cause me any problem.
No thirst, no bloating, no stomachache.
