1) Dough: 8/10
On the website they write that it’s “a properly made dough with Italian millstone flour and a room-temperature levening according to the ancient method”.. and you can see it while the pizza man is working with it!

You can totally taste the difference between this kind of dough and the usual one but I can tell you that this feels more genuine and light.
The only flaw is the baking because it wasn’t uniform: some pieces were well cooked some others a bit undercooked.
I loved its overall taste though.

2) Toppings: 8/10
Here you can either choose the ingredients among the ones available or you can order a special pie; plus you can watch your pizza being topped in front of your eyes!

I ordered a special pie so I didn’t choose all the ingredients but they did that for me.
The broccoli were good but I didn’t taste any parmesan cheese there, they weren’t au gratin in my opinion. The bacon and the caramelized lemons were as delicious as I expected instead and I loved their sweet and salty contrast.
The quantity of the ingredients is fair but I would have added a bit more bacon, while their quality is definitely high but not the highest that I’ve tasted.

I paid this pizza 9.5 € and I think it’s pretty fair.
If you want to choose all the toppings of your pizza you can start from 4,90€ and then sum 1,5€ for each ingredient that you add; not bad.

4) Service: 9/10
The service is almost inexistent because you place your order at the counter and you follow your pizza until it reachs the oven.
At that point you can pay and sit in a table of your choice with the disk below.

As soon as your pizza is ready they will bring it to you identifying your place with the disk.
They are fast and I like this place because it’s casual and informal. The pizza is not sliced but you can ask them to do it if you want to eat it outside 🙂

5) Side Effects: 10/10

I didn’t experience any side effect. This pizza is truly light and healthy 🙂

1) Baking and Appearance: 4/10
Honestly this pizza looks super fake/american style and to me it’s not appetizing at all.
I don’t even understant whether the baking instructions are correct or not because the cheese wasn’t completely melted but I had to put it out of the oven because the crust was almost burned.

2) Dough: 5/10
It’s very thin in the center and on the border.
In the box they write that this pizza dough is thin and crunchy and indeed it is; however I didn’t enjoy it because it seems kinda undercooked in the middle and weirdly crunchy on the outside :/

3) Toppings: 4/10
I don’t like spicy salami but I can tell you that this salami isn’t spicy at all.
The cheese is tasteless and not completely melted.
The sauce is pretty  much okay but the real problem here is the mixture of aromatic herbs that you should never put on a pizza, it tastes so bad.
The quantity of toppings is okay but their quality is not high for sure.

3) Value: 7/10
I paid this pizza 2,39€ and it was discounted!!!
I don’t think I would pay more than this price for this frozen pizza because it’s small and its quality is very questionable.

5) Side Effects: 6/10
I felt very thirsty and just a bit bloated during the night 😦

1) Dough: 9/10
The dough is very puffy and soft both in the middle and on the outside; this happens because the leavening process of this gourmet style pizza is a bit different than the usual one.
Even though this kind of pizza looks doughy, it’s actually light and healthy.
Love it.
I’m not rating this factor 10 only because we saw that most of the pizzas after ours were very burned on the borders so I guess they still need to work on that.

2) Toppings: 9/10
All the toppings on the menu are very original and they also have special gourmet pizzas that change every day.
The one I chose was unbelievably tasty: the quality of the parmesan shavings and the meat was undeniably high.
Pistachio cream tasted delicious but not too strong.
The only flaw was the buffalo mozzarella because I couldn’t taste it a lot among the others ingredients; however, the quantity of the toppings is perfect and I did enjoy the parmesan shower all over the pizza plate 🙂
My sister and her boyfriend chose the 2 toppings below and they tasted great too: the one on the right is not a gourmet style pizza but the dough and the ingredients tasted delicious anyway.

3) Value: 9/10
I paid this pizza 11€ and I think that this price is definitely fair since the quality of the ingredients is high and the toppings are special.
There are cheaper options if you choose traditional pizzas.

4) Service: 8/10
This place was very crowded on Saturday night but they accept reservations and their service was quick and professional.
Gourmet style pizzas come sliced, while the normal ones no.

5) Side Effects: 10/10
After eating this pizza I did not experience any side effect. Yay!

  • OVERALL RATING:  9 (my second favorite pizzeria in Bologna!)

The dough is very thin in the middle, while puffy and thick on the outside.
It follows the typical Neapolitan pizza tradition: the crust is not crunchy, but soft and delicious (not rubbery or doughy though!) .
However, the cooking was disappointing: it was burned on the border and at the bottom 😦

2) Toppings: 9/10
These toppings are very traditional and the quality and the quantity of them are definitely perfect.
However, I couldn’t taste any parmesan shavings so that was a bit disappointing.
I need to go back there to taste other more interesting toppings so my opinion on this factor might change.

The price of this pizza is just in line with the other Neapolitan pizzerias in Milano.
The quality of their ingredients is high so I think it’s quite fair.

4) Service: 8/10
The waiters are nice but service is a bit slow in my opinion; the restaurant opened less than a month ago so it might need a while to take off.
I will go back there soon to check this factor too 🙂

5) Side Effects: 9/10
After eating this pizza I felt a bit thirsty but I didn’t experience any other side effect so I guess it was actually very light and the leavening process of the dough well-defined.

This pizza doesn’t look very yummy.
Especially because it’s not a pizza: it’s a chicken schnitzel topped with tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano.
However the baking instruction are clear and if you read them carefully your “chicken pizza” will be ready in about 12 minutes.

2) Dough: 4/10
The dough is not a dough in this case: it’s chicken meat breaded in gluten free breadcrumbs.
I’m not a fan of this kind of dish but I’ve eaten better quality frozen shnitzel in my life: in this one the breading is not crunchy  and the meat is tender but not very savory.

3) Toppings: 4/10
Tomatoes and mozzarella cheese taste good but there is definitely too much oregano in the sauce.
The quantity of oil is also very high: this is a very greasy dish :/

3) Value: 6/10
The price of this chicken pizza is 3,99€ and I think it’s a lot since the quality of the toppings doesn’t seem very high.
However, they use gluten free breadcrumbs and it’s definitely a special dish so I get that they charge a little bit more than a simple frozen pizza.

5) Side Effects: 9/10
After a few hours I felt thirsty but I didn’t experience any other side effect.

Italpizza frozen pizza is definitely a good product, you can taste it and smell it for sure 🙂
It appears darker than usual because it’s made with a mixture of ancient grains flour and seeds but it does look yummy to me!!
The baking instructions were clear and your pizza will be easily ready in about 20 minutes (considering preheating time).. I might have overcooked it a little bit but it’s only my fault because I wasn’t paying attention -.-

2) Dough: 9/10
They write on the box that the leavening process is natural and it lasts 24 hours so this is a good start for a kinda healthy pizza.
The dough is very different from the usual one: you can taste that the flour is different from the others since is made of ancient grain flour and seeds…it’s less soft but tastier, I loved it.

3) Toppings: 9/10
Reading the ingredients on the box I think that they might avoid some bad stuff but in the end every topping tastes good and they make a great mix.
I especially loved the greens and the olives because they were savory but not salty!
The main problem instead is the quantity of tomato, mozzarella and greens: we need more, please and thank you!!
As I said earlier the quality of these toppings seems indeed pretty good: they tasted delicious.

3) Value: 8/10
3,49€ for a frozen pizza is definitely too much.
However, the quality of the dough and the ingredients is higher than usual and the toppings are not banal so I would buy it again.

Fall in USA is all about pumpkin spice so I’m very excited to finally taste this LIFE flavor! If you like pumpkin spice latte as much as I do you would love this cereal.. they will turn your milk into the perfect fall beverage 🙂
As I already wrote about LIFE Cinnamon, I like its texture but it’s not very crunchy: it gets soggy quickly because the milk passes through its holes very easily.
I can’t rate them 5 stars because they still lack of a cool shape and texture but it’s definitely a 4+ cereal!
3 stars to the packaging instead because the pumpkin makes it less sad than the original one!

I paid this pizza 10,5€ (without delivery) and I think this is completely unfair since the dimension and the dough are both very disappointing.

I ordered this pizza via Glovo so I don’t actually know how is this restaurant but I can tell that my pizza arrived on time and it was the one that I ordered so they did their job.
However the pizza was cold and they made me pay for delivery even though it was supposed to be free that night.

5) Side Effects: 8/10
I felt very thirsty all night long but I experienced only a little bit of bloating during the night so I think that the dough was indeed very light after all!

As you can see in the picture below this pizza doesn’t look super yummy -.- but it does smells delicious though!!
Plus I usually prefer rounded pizza so this one can’t look very attractive to me.
The baking instructions are clear though and if you read them and follow them carefully your pizza will be crunchy and ready to be eaten in less then 20 minutes (considering defrosting).

The dough is very disappointing: tasteless, a bit crunchy on the outside and super chewy in the middle :/

There is a lot of stuff on this pizza but it still lacks of cheese as almost every frozen pizza on the market.
The quantity of the ingredients is fair but I added some green olives to fill the empty little areas ahah
The overall taste is okay but you cannot really taste the difference between artichokes and mushrooms because they are seasoned at the same way -.-
I don’t think the quality of the ingredients is very high.
