1) Dough: 9/10
The dough is thin in the middle, while very puffy and thick on the outside.
In their website, they say that it is processed according to the Neapolitan tradition and its leavening process lasts 48 hours.
The crust is very soft but not is well cooked and I enjoyed it a lot.
However, the stuffed crust is a bit too doughy in my opinion.

2) Toppings: 8/10

I only have 2 complains: there is definitely too much oil and there is not enough ricotta inside the crust!!!
However, the quality of the buffalo mozzarella and ricotta is clearly high: they melt in your mouth; zucchini and cherry tomatoes are tasty and very well seasoned.
Plus the amount of ingredients on the top of it is definitely a lot, it could easily cover 2 pizzas xD

3) Value: 8/10
This is a takeaway pizza so its price was only 10€, without any service fee.
The prices of the pizza, in general, are similar to the other pizzerias in Milano (as you can maybe read on the menu below or here the Margherita is 6,50€).
It’s not cheap but it’s fair since the quality of the ingredients is high and their quantity is over the top.

4) Service: 9/10
I asked for a takeaway pizza so I don’t really know much about the service of this place; however, I can tell that even the waiters were very nice and my pizza (not sliced) was ready after less than 5 minutes so I can’t complain.

After eating this pizza I was very thirsty all night long probably because it was very rich and oily -.-

  • INGREDIENTS: 32.9% whole wheat flour, 12.6% tomato pulp, 9.2% mozzarella (milk, milk enzymes, microbial rennet, salt), 9.2% preparation of smoked pork meat [93% swine, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, rosemary extracts; spices (pepper, coriander), garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite], water, 7.4% cheddar (milk, salt, milk enzymes, microbial rennet, coloring agent: beta-carotene), 6.7% tomato puree, 5 , 5% red onion, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, wheat gluten, stabilized wheat germ, yeast, honey, onion, chilli pepper.
  • BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the Pizza from the packaging and let it defrost for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to a temperature of about 220°C. Bake it on the oven tray for about 7-9 minutes, until the cheese melts.

1) Baking and Appearance: 6/10
This pancho pizza smells great and even though it’s still a kinda weird stuff, I think it looks a little bit better than its cousin Calamity Chicken xD.
The baking instructions this time were correct and the pizza was perfectly cooked after 10 minutes.

2) Dough: 7/10
The dough is not very thin and it’s kinda chewy but I appreciate that it is made of whole wheat because, in my opinion, it makes it tastier than usual.

3) Toppings: 6/10
The mix of ingredients makes this pizza very savoury (too salty maybe?) and also a bit too hot for my liking: the meat is spicy, the sauce contains a bit of chilli and the flavour of the red onions is very strong too.
On the bright side, there is a lot of cheese, not super tasty but still 🙂

3) Value: 8/10
This pizza costs 1,99€ and I think it’s not very fair because of its size.
However, it’s a “special pizza” so it’s understandable.

5) Side Effects: 5/10
After a few hours, I felt a bit thirsty and bloated! :/

1) Dough: 6/10
In this restaurant, they offer 4 kinds of doughs: traditional, wholewheat, khorasan and partenopea (you can find here the explanation of all these doughs).
I chose the “partenopea” dough since it was supposed to be light, well leavened and similar to the Neapolitan style pizza.
However, as you can see from the picture below, the crust wasn’t very thick: it was soft but not nearly as tasty as the Neapolitan one :/
I enjoyed its lightness though 🙂

2) Toppings: 6/10
Let’s start with something positive: this mix of toppings is not on their menu.
I came up with them just because I was in the mood for gorgonzola so they made it upon my request 🙂
It tasted good but the pieces of pear were very dry and I would have preferred more gorgonzola and less mozzarella.

3) Value: 8/10
I’m not completely sure about the price of this pizza because it wasn’t on their menu and we lost our receipt after 5 minutes.
However, I did some calculation based on the total amount of the dinner and I’m pretty sure it was around 8€.
I think it’s kinda fair since it was a custom pizza and gorgonzola is usually an expensive topping; plus, on their menu you can see that the most common pizzas are cheap.

4) Service: 9/10
We went to this restaurant on Sunday night so it was very crowded and busy.
I didn’t love the atmosphere there but they waiters were super quick and very professional so their service was perfect.

5) Side Effects: 7/10
After eating this pizza I felt very very thirsty probably because of the gorgonzola cheese but I didn’t experience a lot of bloating 🙂

The kid inside me is so excited about this cereal!!
The shapes look like fun and they taste just as sugary as you think they would be 😀
The mixed berry flavour is very very subtle but I don’t mind it since their plain taste reminds me of Lucky Charms, and I adore Lucky Charms!!!
This is definitely another 5-stars cereal for me!

The dough is kinda thin in the middle but it’s not the thinnest I ever tried.
The crust is soft but tasteless and covered in flour.
The baking looks good but the dough is clearly not well leavened.

It’s a very cheesy pizza and I really enjoyed that.
Truffle cream and ham tasted good too but their quality is clearly not very high.
The mix of ingredients is okay but a bit salty…

I paid this pizza 7,45€ because we went there with a Groupon Coupon, otherwise I would have paid 8€ plus service fee..
In any case the pizzas are huge and the prices are all very cheap (Margherita is 5€).

4) Service: 7/10
The service is good and quick but the place is very very ugly and it also looks a bit unhygienic :/

After eating this pizza I felt very bloated and thirsty and I couldn’t sleep all night long 😦

The dough is thin both in the middle and on the borders.
It looks very light but it is also super dry 😦

There are a lot of toppings on the menu, some of them are also not completely obvious, but I was in the mood for a simple pizza so here I chose a Margherita.
Tomato and mozzarella tasted okay, nothing special to say about them!
Their quality and quantity were average too.

We paid this pizza only 4,40€, which by the way, is a very weird price but it’s definitely super cheap!!!

4) Service: 5/10
We ordered this pizza and we chose the delivery option.
They arrived almost 1 hour late so I can’t rate this factor more than 5.

5) Side Effects: 6/10
After eating this pizza I was very thirsty but not very bloated or sick in my stomach so I guess the dough was actually light.

Pebbles are crispy and light and so flavourful, what’s not to love about them?
I’m not rating this cereal 5 stars only because I prefer the fruity flavoured ones, but if you are a chocolate freak you would love this cereal so much!
Your milk will turn chocolatey in a few seconds and its texture is just amazing.

The dough is very thin in the middle, while a bit puffier on the borders.
However, I wouldn’t say that it’s a Neapolitan style pizza because it’s definitely different, probably a bit drier :/
We chose 2 different kinds of dough (they have 10-ish kinds!) and they were tasty and very satisfying: especially the pistachio one! 🙂
The leavening process doesn’t look perfectly done on the borders but in the end it was light and easy to digest.

2) Toppings: 9/10
The mix of toppings in this restaurant is very original.
We chose one pizza with fish and one with meat.
The pistachio one was my pick and it was also my favorite: the buffalo mozzarella cheese and sausages were delicious, but also a bit salty.
The salmon one was my sister’s choice, it was lighter but yummy.
Finally, the quantity of the ingredients is fair and its quality seems to be high to me too.

3) Value: 7/10
The price of this pizza is 16€ for the black dough pizza and 14€ for the pistachio dough pizza.
I know that these pizzas are special and the quality of the ingredients is very high but it’s still a very high price in my opinion.

4) Service: 7/10
The service was okay: we arrived half an hour late but they didn’t seem to mind and the pizzas were ready in a few minutes.
However, the atmosphere in the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable: the place is huge and classy and it’s not what you expect from a pizza place!

5) Side Effects: 8/10
After eating this pizza I felt very very thirsty but during the night I didn’t experience any bloating or usual effects. I guess it was easy to digest after all 🙂

Even though this pizza kinda looks like the one on the box, I still didn’t expect to be like this: very cheesy and with a lot of parsley!
Besides this, the baking instructions were correct, I left it in the oven a few too many minutes so it turned out a bit “crunchy” on the borders -.-

2) Dough: 7/10
As I wrote about all these “Bella Napoli” pizzas, they are not Neapolitan.
The dough is equally thick both in the center and the border and the crust is super crunchy so it is completely different from the Neapolitan standard.
It’s not bad but it’s not a very common pizza dough in my opinion..

3) Toppings: 6/10
The toppings are not bad but I don’t think their quality is very high.
Potatoes are mushy and dry, sausages taste like fried minced meat and the amount of parsley is very high.
The ricotta cheese is not bad but I didn’t expect this pizza to have such a “creamy” topping!


3) Value: 8/10
This pizza costs 2,29€ and I think it’s ok but I’m not rating this factor more than 8 because of the size of this pizza: it should be way bigger.

5) Side Effects: 9/10
After a few hours, I felt very thirsty but I didn’t experience any bloating 🙂
