1) Dough: 8/10
The dough is very thin in the middle, while puffy and thick on the outside.
It follows the typical Neapolitan pizza tradition: the crust is not crunchy, but soft and delicious (not rubbery or doughy though!) .
However, the cooking was disappointing: it was burned on the border and at the bottom 😦
2) Toppings: 9/10
These toppings are very traditional and the quality and the quantity of them are definitely perfect.
However, I couldn’t taste any parmesan shavings so that was a bit disappointing.
I need to go back there to taste other more interesting toppings so my opinion on this factor might change.
3) Value: 8/10
The price of this pizza is just in line with the other Neapolitan pizzerias in Milano.
The quality of their ingredients is high so I think it’s quite fair.
4) Service: 8/10
The waiters are nice but service is a bit slow in my opinion; the restaurant opened less than a month ago so it might need a while to take off.
I will go back there soon to check this factor too 🙂
5) Side Effects: 9/10
After eating this pizza I felt a bit thirsty but I didn’t experience any other side effect so I guess it was actually very light and the leavening process of the dough well-defined.
