  • 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:

1) Baking and Appearance: 7/10
This pizza looks exactly like the picture in the box, it looks a bit fake indeed!
However, if you like veggies as much as I do you would think it’s kinda yummy 😀
The baking instructions are very clear so if you follow them carefully your pizza will be ready in about 10 minutes.

2) Dough: 5/10
The dough is very weird: it tastes soft and buttery even though is super thin both in the center and on the border.
It seems almost uncooked here and there so I didn’t enjoy this kind of dough very much.

2017-10-12 19.45.50

3) Toppings: 6/10
The first thing you will notice after the first bite of this pizza is the amount of garlic they put on it -.-‘ I like garlic so this is not a big deal for me but I know that it’s a bit weird and probably annoying for most of the people.
The seasoning here is uneven: some bites are tasteless and some others are super salty and almost tangy.
However, the quantity of toppings is more than fair: you can’t even see the tomato sauce under that spinach cover! There is also a lot of cheese, but it’s not mozzarella 😦

2017-10-12 19.45.40

3) Value: 7/10

This pizza usually costs more than 3 € and I think it’s a lot.
However, when it’s discounted you can get it at the price of 2,49€ or even less and that would be kinda fair.
It’s not big or special and they don’t use high-quality ingredients to make it so it shouldn’t be that expensive!!

5) Side Effects: 6/10
After a few hours, I felt very very thirsty and bloated 😦

  • OVERALL RATING:  6.2/10 (The pizza strength!!!)

  • 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:

1) Baking and Appearance: 10/10
This is probably the best frozen pizza I’ve ever eaten.
It really looks and smells like a fresh one!
The instructions here are a bit different from the usual pizzas because you need to put the ham yourself; I really appreciated this because you can really customize this step and also because the ham looks and taste better this way 🙂

As you can see from the picture below the final result looks super yummy.
However, it’s a bit overcooked here and there because I should have taken it out of the oven a couple of minutes in advance since the cheese was already melted…

2017-10-01 19.11.18

2) Dough: 9/10
The dough is soft in the inside but kinda crunchy on the outside (maybe too much in this case -.-); the crust is 2 centimeters high and very “bready” and tasty: I loved it.
Plus the ingredients used don’t look as bad as in the other frozen pizza I’ve eaten.

2017-10-01 19.16.23

3) Toppings: 9/10
The mix of toppings here is the best thing: they are sweet and salty but perfect together.
The quality of the ham is not as high as the fresh one but still pretty good, the cheese mixes well with honey and turns into a creamy consistency.
Black figs are weirdly shaped but they taste great.
Plus you can clearly taste a little bit of sheep cheese that totally makes the difference.
The quantity of the ingredients is more than fair.

3) Value: 9/10
This pizza costs 2,99€ and I think it’s totally worth it.
I mean, it’s a great deal since the toppings are valuable and the overall taste is very good!

5) Side Effects: 8/10
After a few hours, I felt bloated and thirsty (probably because of the salty ham) but it wasn’t so annoying :/

  • OVERALL RATING:  9/10 (one of the best frozen pizza!)

  • 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:

1) Baking and Appearance: 8/10
Looking at the picture below you can agree with me that this pizza looks ok.
It’s not super appetizing (mostly because of the weird mozzarella bites) but at least it doesn’t look as fake as other frozen pizzas you can find at the supermarket!
The baking instructions were clear but I left it in the oven more than 10 minutes because the cheese didn’t look melted enough too me :/

2017-09-15 19.28.13

2) Dough: 7/10
The dough is soft in the middle while kinda crunchy on the outside.
As you can see from the picture below the border and the center of this pizza are “thin” in the same way and in my opinion this is a pretty boring feature but I mean.. this is just me.
However they don’t use weird ingredients for the dough so this is a good news 🙂

2017-09-15 19.33.19

3) Toppings: 8/10
The toppings are not too banal but on the box you can read that they put several weird stuff that in my opinion they might avoid like cream, modified corn starch or skimmed milk powder.
Buffalo mozzarella is not nearly as good as the real one but at least it’s better than standard mozzarella; the pine nuts are tasteless instead 😦
As a whole these ingredients are a good mix though and their quantity is fair.

2017-09-15 19.32.45

3) Value: 9/10
Honestly I can’t remember how much I paid this pizza but I think it was around 2,19€
There are several ingredients and their quality are not so bad so I think this price is ok.

5) Side Effects: 8/10

After a few hours I felt thirsty but I wasn’t bloated at all.. cool! 🙂

  • 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:

1) Baking and Appearance: 3/10
This pizza doesn’t look yummy at all and as you can see below it doesn’t look like the one on the box either; plus it’s very small (maybe 25 cm of diameter).
In my opinion the baking instructions weren’t correct because even though I put it in the oven for more than 10 minutes it still was a bit cold in the middle :/ .

2017-08-24 20.03.06

2) Dough: 4/10
The dough is very very soft but kinda crunchy on the outside.
It’s not thin in the middle but very bready and chewy everywhere so I didn’t enjoy it at all; plus a lot ingredients in the dough don’t sound very healthy or useful to me (ascorbic acid?) :/

2017-08-24 20.06.42

3) Toppings: 5/10
Reading the ingredients on the box I think that they actually put too much stuff that could be avoided in the filling:skimmed milk rehydrated? modified rice starch? :/
The cheese is of course the best part of this pizza because it’s various and very creamy and tasty, but pesto sauce is very bland and the tomatoes are tasteless and look like fake food.
The quantity of the ingredients is okay but the quality isn’t good at all.
The mix of ingredient is original though!

2017-08-24 20.06.51

3) Value: 9/10
This pizza costs 1,99€ and I think it’s totally worth it.
I mean, it’s a great deal!
I’m not rating this factor more than 9 though because of its size: it should be bigger.

5) Side Effects: 5/10
After a few hours I felt bloated and thirsty (probably because of the different cheese and the not so light dough) and it was very annoying :/

OVERALL RATING:  5.2/10 (super disappointing frozen pizza!)

149. Inflatable pizza drink holder and super bad frozen pizza :(

  • BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven.
Remove the pizza transparent casing, put it still frozen in the oven and let it cook for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts.

  • 5 FACTORS OF AWESOMESAUCE PIZZA:

1) Baking and Appearance: 4/10
Honestly this pizza looks super fake and it’s not appetizing at all.
The baking instructions are correct though.

2017-08-18 20.29.40

2) Dough: 5/10
It’s very thin in the center and on the border.
In the box they write that this pizza dough is fluffier than the others and indeed it is; however I didn’t enjoy it because it seems kinda undercooked in the middle and weirdly crunchy on the outside :/

2017-08-18 20.29.26

3) Toppings: 5/10
The ingredients are not original and even though I appreciate the abundance of cheese I can tell you that its quality here is definitely super bad: it’s tasteless.
Plus I didn’t enjoy those basil/oregano little pieces, they taste super weird on a margherita :/

2017-08-18 20.29.00

3) Value: 7/10
I paid this pizza 2,39€ and it was discounted!!!
I don’t think I would pay more than this price for this frozen pizza because it’s small and its quality is very questionable.

5) Side Effects: 4/10
I felt very very thirsty and also very bloated all night long 😦

  • OVERALL RATING:  5/10 (worst frozen margherita ever? -.-)
  • TV SHOW SUGGESTION: Atypical
