1) Baking and Appearance: 5/10
This pizza looks a bit odd and it smells like fish a lot and it’s a bit small.
Plus the baking instructions are not very accurate since it turned out a bit overcooked on the borders :/

2) Dough: 8/10
The dough is very crunchy, especially on the borders.
It’s not thin bother in the middle and the outside: it’s almost 2 centimeters high and very “bready” but tasty.
I can’t rate it more than 8 though because there are a lot of ingredients in the dough that doesn’t sound very healthy or useful to me (ascorbic acid?) :/

3) Toppings: 6/10
Reading the ingredients in the box you can see that they put a lot of weird stuff on this pizza: cream, shellfish broth, mascarpone.. a lot of creamy stuff that make this pizza a bit watery in the middle and smelly.
Arugula pesto and parmesan cheese are very intense and even though they don’t make a very common mixture I can tell you that they are actually delicious together with fish.
In the end, this pizza is very rich but it doesn’t contain enough shrimps (there are literally 7 shrimps on it!!)

3) Value: 7/10
This pizza costs 2,49€ and I think it’s not totally cheap since it’s very small.
I know that the mix of ingredients is not very common and the ingredients are precious but it’s still frozen pizza so I would have charged a little less than this.

I didn’t experience any side effect! 😀

1) Baking and Appearance: 5/10
As you can see from the picture below this pizza doesn’t look very yummy.
The ingredients are put in the middle of the pizza in a messy way and some areas are totally empty.
Plus the cheese is weird and a bit burnt. This last thing is probably my fault though because I left it 11 minutes inside the oven -.-

2) Dough: 6/10
The dough is the most disappointing thing of this pizza because it’s a bit tasteless; the pieces without toppings on the outside are very bland and they lack of salt.
The crust is crunchy and it’s not thin but it’s not thick either: a very boring in between state.
They write on the box that the leavening process is 24 hours long so it should be very light but I don’t think you can actually taste that.

3) Toppings: 6/10
I still don’t know why I bought this pizza in the first place since I don’t like spicy food but I mean.. it wasn’t that spicy!! A person from Calabria who usually eats very spicy food would think that this pizza is a joke or something like that.
The quantity of ‘nduja and cheese is very low compared to the amount of red onions that are not even listed among the main ingredients of this pizza.
However, the greens taste good and I appreciated this mix of ingredients because it’s not very common in the frozen pizzas world.

3) Value: 5/10
This pizza costs 3,79€ and I think it’s not completely fair since the only “expensive” ingredients is ‘nduja sausage and its amount is ridiculously low.

5) Side Effects: 4/10
After a few hours I felt very thirsty and I experience bloating and stomachache all night long (I might not be accustomed to spicy food though so it’s not completely their fault).

  • OVERALL RATING:  5.2/10 (not so spicy frozen pizza from Calabria!)

1) Baking and Appearance: 7/10
Before starting my review I need to explain what happened here: I bought a vegan pizza and then  of course I decided to put cheese on it because otherwise it would have been too sad -.-‘
That being said, I can tell you that this pizza doesn’t look that bad but the added cheese definitely improve its appereance 🙂
The baking instructions instead are clear and your pizza will be easily ready in less than 20 minutes (considering preheating time): crunchy and perfectly cooked.

2) Dough: 8/10
This pizza is made with kamut flour so it’s a bit different from the others: the taste is very similar to the whole wheat dough but it’s very very crunchy, especially on the borders!
It’s not a very common dough for a pizza but I really enjoyed it 🙂

3) Toppings: 7/10
I’m not a fan of bell peppers and eggplants but I can admit that they taste delicious on this pizza!
Their quantity and quality seems to be more than fair and they come from Italy.
The only flaw is that there is no cheese but if you add some gouda ( as I did ) or mozzarella you can solve this problem easily 😉

3) Value: 7/10
I paid this pizza 2,27€ but it was discounted because its original price is 3,25€ instead.
I don’t think is pretty fair because even though the ingredients are definitely special (kamut dough + organic products), it’s not very big.
However if you buy it at this discounted price is totally worth it.

5) Side Effects: 9/10
I was a bit thirsty after eating this pizza but it might be because of the salty gouda.
Anyhow, the dough is light because I didn’t experience any heavy bloating 🙂

1) Baking and Appearance: 4/10
This weird pizza doesn’t look yummy at all: as you can see on the box they wanted to create a nice vinegar pattern that doesn’t come out right in real life -.-
The baking instructions were clear but it’s not that easy to understand if/when the cheese melts because the goat cheese slices are not supposed to totally melt so I leave it in the oven a bit longer because after 9 minutes everything looks the same as the frozen status; therefore I can tell you that even if you cannot see it, the cheese is melted.

2) Dough: 6/10
The dough is a bit disappointing because it’s tasteless: the pieces without toppings on the outside are very bland and they lack of salt.
Both the crust and the center have the same thickness, the borders are very crunchy but the overall taste is not satisfying.

3) Toppings: 10/10
The peculiarity and the good mix of the ingredients are the real deal of this pizza.
Even though they don’t look very appetizing on a pizza, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar are a true delight: an explosion of sweet and salty flavor that will melt in your mouth.
The quality of these toppings is undeniable since, as you can read on the box, they use vinegar from Modena and also other valuable italian cheese besides goat cheese (Parmesan and pecorino cheese).
The quantity of the ingrediens is more than fair and I especially appreciate the generous amount of cheese 😀

This pizza costs 2,29€ and I think it’s almost fair: it’s not very big but the quality of its ingredients is high.

I didn’t experience any side effect! Yay!!!

This monster pizza looks monstrous indeed!!
So even if it’s not super appetizing, I think that it does its job!!
The baking instructions were clear and your horrific pizza will be ready in about 20 minutes.


2) Dough: 7/10
The dough thin both on the borders and in the center.
The center is soft, while the crust is kinda crispy: it’s not super tasty but it’s very light.

3) Toppings: 6/10
The toppings are of course very weird and the overall flavor reminds me of a indian dish.. it’s like a “mild indian pizza” XD
Both the squid ink preparation and the sausages are mildly spicy and the coriander flavor in particular is very strong.
The quantity of the ingredients is fair but the quality of them is not very high for sure ahah

This pizza costs only 1,99€ and I think that it’s a great deal!
The quality of its ingredients is not high and its size is a bit disappointing but it’s definitely worth the price 🙂

5) Side Effects: 9/10

After a few hours I felt a bit thirsty but I didn’t experience any other side effect.. cool! 🙂
